In our open kitchen we champion all grub that our fair island has to offer and our Head Chef enjoys nothing more than taking advantage of the plentiful bounty the beautiful English seasons and climate produces.
All our food is prepared in-house, in our very open kitchen. Enjoy the “Kitchen Theatre” experience as you can see your food being made!
We use as much locally produced ingredients as possible and try to use free range meats. We also source local sustainable fish as much as we can, so we don’t have cod on the menu, but offer something a bit different and more plentiful..!!

Our Cocktail list has been devised with the true history of how Cocktails came into being in mind, with all the classics, the popular modern drinks, and a good few of our own making.
